The hills rest in peace

(1998)

by Christopher Schnell

The day now fades for the eternal darkness
And for the creatures coming out of their tomb
In the dusky gloom it is only the moon
That gives some light for their doom

The lake lies in silence the hills rest in peace
Knowing not what will be tomorrow,
For tomorrow what will be
There will be no tomorrow

Your hope is lost the night will never end
We will get all of them
And leave beyond a world of shadow
We are marching for the darkest lord
Who´s throwning now in hell
But will reach his place in heaven
And drown the angels who stick to HIM
Poor looser in the eternal night

The armies bounce against each other
Hear the crying of a thousand men
The demons from hell the angels from heaven
Want to save their mighty lords

But they are dying one by one
An eye for an eye a dead for a dead
At least there were no more armies
And the hills rest in peace

Your hope is lost the night will never end
We will get all of them
And leave beyond a world of shadow
We are marching for the darkest lord
Who´s throwning now in hell
But will reach his place in heaven
And drown the angels who stick to HIM
Poor looser in the eternal night
